Email Delivery via Resend
We use Resend (PLUS FIVE FIVE, INC., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) to send and deliver emails.
This involves processing your email address, message content and technical metadata. We have a data processing agreement with Resend pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Transfers to the US are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract initiation) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication).
Planned Services
In the future, services such as Google Analytics, Google Maps or Cloudflare may be used. These will only be activated after prior consent and then described specifically in this privacy policy.
